Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With tags attached

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the return address and complete return instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at dreamwear987@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process the payment.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
